Return Policy

This Return Policy applies to all Airmobi Limited products, including industrial drone airframes (fixed-wing and VTOL), propulsion systems, controllers, cameras, batteries, and accessories.

1. General Policy

Due to the large size, high value, and complexity of our industrial drone systems, we do not accept returns without a valid reason. Change-of-mind or “no-reason” returns are not permitted. Returns or exchanges are only allowed in the event of defects, damage during shipping, or incorrect shipments.

2. Eligibility for Return

  • Products must be defective, damaged upon delivery, or shipped incorrectly to qualify for return or exchange.
  • Items that have been used, modified, or damaged due to mishandling are not eligible for return.
  • All returned items must include original packaging, manuals, and accessories.

3. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, Airmobi will provide free replacement parts or repair services. Customers are required to submit photo evidence of the damage or defect. We will not charge for parts or labor in these cases.

4. Transit Damage & Shipping Claims

In the case of shipping damage, Airmobi will coordinate with the carrier to resolve the issue. Customers should retain all packaging and document the damage with photographs. While we handle the claim, we will ship replacement components or arrange repairs to restore your product as quickly as possible.

5. Notification Timeline

Customers must report any product issues within 14 days of receiving the goods. Please follow these steps:

  1. Inspect the package and product immediately upon delivery.
  2. Notify Airmobi in writing at info@airmobi.com with your order number, a detailed description, and photos of the issue.
  3. Wait for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) before sending anything back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
  4. Pack the product securely in its original packaging if a return is approved.

6. Repair Services

For customers experiencing issues, Airmobi provides professional repair services as an alternative to full returns. Repairs can be completed at our service center, and if covered by warranty, parts and labor are free of charge. This approach minimizes downtime and avoids unnecessary shipping of entire drone systems.
